The imposing Countrywide Museum of Qatar rises through the desert floor similar to a putting mirage. Built by celebrated French architect Jean Nouvel, the new museum’s 539 disk-like buildings enclose over 8,000 sq. meters of exhibit space divided into twelve interconnected, thematic galleries.
